Food Security, Water and Environment Specialized Park

To fulfill its mission, Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) has formed Specialized Parks. Specialized Parks are clusters of tenant companies which are active in similar fields, industries and markets.

 Food Security, Water and Environment Specialized park- which is among the 5 Specialized Parks in ISTT -was launched in 2020. This park pursues the following goals:

• Creating synergy among companies which have similar industries and target markets,
• Building critical infrastructures with having a specialized view of the market
• Expanding economic and commercial interactions
• Promoting the products which can scale up globally
• Winning mega projects
• Working as an international business facilitator
• Developing business linkages, cross-border trade and investment
• Providing opportunities to remove obstacles to scaling up

Food Security is defined as access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets society’s food preferences and dietary needs for an active and healthy life. In other words, food safety means that producing food which is free from any chemical, physical, biological and cross contamination from the early stages of raw material production to final consumption.

The Specialized Park has helped build three working groups of industrial and agricultural institutions focusing on livestock, poultry and aquatic life, water and environment. These working groups facilitate synergy among the companies and industries through holding periodical meetings and specialized visits, introducing the target market and providing technological solutions.

Oil, Gas and Energy Specialized Technology Park

To meet the needs of the key industries in the field of oil, gas and energy, ISTT inaugurated Oil, Gas and Energy Specialized Technology Park in 2019. The park aims at providing Knowledge-based companies with infrastructures necessary to thrive.

With the aim of synergy in the development and commercialization of technological products and services needed by the oil industry, a Memorandum of Understanding was inked between the park and the Oil Ministry.

Having over 85 companies, Oil, Gas and Energy Specialized Technology Park focuses on internationalizing upstream and downstream products, creating the knowledge required and improving competitiveness to achieve industrial self-sufficiency.

The companies settled in Oil, Gas and Energy Park are active in different fields including

• Electricity, Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Automation
• Manufacturing
• Chemicals, Polymers and catalysts
• Environment
• Specialized services and laboratory facilities
• Consultation and EPC

Steel Specialized Park

Steel Specialized park in Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) was formed with the following aims;

• creating synergy among companies which have similar industries and target markets,
• building critical infrastructures with having a specialized view of the market

• Producing products which can scale up globally
• Winning mega projects
• Working as an international business facilitator
• Developing business linkages, cross-border trade and investment
•  Providing opportunities to remove obstacle to scaling up

Owing to broad-based support provided by ISTT, there are over 60 Knowledge-based companies settled in ISTT in the field of Steel Industry. They obtain effective support to meet the needs of industries.
