A Delegation from Oman visits ISTT

Saleh Said Salem Al Masan, Undersecretary of Commerce and Industry and Investment, heading a business delegation from Oman paid a visit to Isfahan Science & Technology Town (ISTT) and IRIS. The delegation was composed of representatives from Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Industrial Estates Company, and CEOs of some Omani Companies on the 10th of November 2022.
The visitors were briefed about ISTT and IRIS activities and achievements.
Saleh Said Salem Al Masan expressed surprise on the effective role ISTT has played in the economic development of Isfahan and went on to say that ISTT is a high-ranked complex with the most advanced technologies which has created a strong link with industries.
He showed great interest to cooperate with ISTT to foster activities in universities, industries and Industrial Innovation Academy of Oman.
The team was also taken on a tour to visit two of the ISTT tenant companies- Baspar Chemi Sepidan and Behyar Sanat. The Former manufactures knowledge-based products in the fields including polymers, chemicals, textiles and agriculture and the latter produces medical equipment including linear accelerator used for treating cancer.
