The decree further emphasizes the expansion of scientific and technological interactions at both national and international levels, as well as the enhanced participation of knowledge-based companies in the country’s economic and technological development process. This reflects a strategic approach toward scientific diplomacy, technology transfer, and strengthening Iran’s innovation ecosystem in the international arena.
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Yazdian served as Vice President for Technology Development at ISTT, where he was actively involved in targeted support for knowledge-based companies, development of innovation infrastructure, and strengthening linkages between academia, industry, and technology.
